I am a young, active and fun Swiss girl that loves to travel and meet people. I prefer fun nights with friends and food instead of long party nights at the club (does not mean I never party all night, I just prefer the other option most of the time). I like to be spontaneous.

I have travelled a lot with my family when I was a kid, later I lived in Boston for one year while I had an Internship job there t the age of 18. Traveling and exploring new countries, cities, cultures has always been a big passion of mine.

When I travel I don't run from one sight to the other. I prefere to walk the city or the area with no certain plan and see where I end up. And I like to meet local people and follow their suggestions what to visit or where to eat, like that I think one learns the most about a place and the culture.

A big part of my travels usually is food, I love trying out the local food or cook with locals, or even cook food from home or somewhere else. Food is awesome. :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I had my first Couchsurf experience in 2014, and enjoyed it.
I think the idea behind couchsurfing is brilliant, I am all over the idea that everyone can travel, you don't need to be rich, and we should support each other. I also see it as a win win situation between committed couchsurfers. You get to meet amazing people, you get to stay at their places and in return you exchange experiences, knowledge, friendship, food and next time the just might stay at your place.

In 2018 my Husband and I will start our "TopTab-Journey" our very own Journey around the world. We will travel slowly and hope to meet a lot of you guys. We will have a Blog about our experiences and want to share our stories there.

Interests

I love sports, when I was 17 I started to train Kung Fu, I was part of different schools since I started and I still enjoy martial arts a lot. But as my interests changed a little I found myself to enjoy working out at home with youtube, Blogilates Poppilates and Yoga. I also play Sepak Takraw since 2011, Sepak Takraw is basically a martial artistic foot Volleyball played over a net.
Since March 2017 I am also a POPPilates Instructor. I love this work out! It makes everybody happy, it is just like a dance on the matt.
I love eating and I eat almost everything or at least try. I also like cooking a lot, especially cooking free style.
I am making travel/ youtube videos since beginning of 2016 and I enjoy it a lot, my plan is to document my/our travels, besides the videos I am also writing a Blog.

I red almost all books of Tess Gerritsen and I like this kind of books. Recently I red the trilogy "The Maze runner" and currently I am reading " The art of happiness" HH Dalai Lama & Howard Cutler.

I grew up with the Harry Potter books, I red all of them several times and still love them.

I like Movies, but not all kind of. Some I like that just come to my mind right now: The illusionist, The Hannibal movies, Monsieur Mathieu, Amelie, Martial Arts Movies ;-), and many more

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

-I traveled trough Vietnam on my own...
-I went Skydiving in the USA
-I built an igloo and slept (tried to sleep) in it once in Switzerland (Graubünden)
-I have multiple wild camping experiences in Switzerland
-I just quit my job to finally go travel the world ;-)

Teach, Learn, Share

I like to cook with people or cook for them. I can teach you German or Swiss German. And I can show you the amazing Sport Sepak Takraw.

We can also train together some Poppilates or Yoga.
I can also show you how to film and cut a video, or we can film a video together where you can be part of and show up on our youtube channel. ;-)

My Husband is Thai as well as my Stepmum and my Stepsister, that is why I am currently learning Thai! :) My goal is to be fluent one day. I also want to be able to read and write.

I am also learning some basic Webdesign and how to build a Website. As well as using my Graphic tablet to doodle and draw or work on Photos. I would love to be able to do some freelance working in the future. :)
