ABOUT ME

My friends would probably describe me as open-minded, adventurous and friendly. I love to experience new cultures, meet people from all around the world and learn new languages. Moreover, I love to make people laugh and care a lot about my friends and family.

Interests

My main interest is travelling. I started when I was 16 by going to a school in New Zealand for half a year. Since then I have travelled to a lot of different places. I taught for example English at a school in Guatemala and spent two semesters at the PUCV in Valparaiso, Chile. Another big interest of mine is learning languages. I study English and Spanish at a university in Germany to become a teacher one day. I also like to be in the nature. I spend my time going hiking or riding the bicycle. Another big interest are animals. I especially love dogs!!! My dog Lena passed away in 2012 at the age of 14. I still miss her a lot!!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of them was when I travelled in 2007 for 5 weeks throughout the North Island of New Zealand with my twin sister.
Another one was teaching English to children from Guatemala. This made me decide to become a teacher!!
Also living in one of the most beautiful and inspiring cities - Valparaiso, Chile!
