About Me
I am a happy person, I love to meet new people, get to know different cultures and especially their FOOD!
I like to explore, walk, get lost and discover places, I made great experiences with couch surfing and looking forward to meet more wonderful people.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
In the past I did the whole backpacking and hostel thing and was quite disappointed as it seemed like existing in a parallel universe. I didn't really talk or meet the people in the country I was visiting, did not learn much about their culture, language or food. When discovering couchsurfing I felt welcome in the countries I visited, learned so much more and made friends all over the world.
Interests
As I am into clocks and watches, I spend quite a bit of my time in museums, on trade fairs or in the workshop. I love doing work with my hands in general. I also enjoy being outside, exploring or just lying in the sun. Recently I discovered taxidermy and Yoga as new hobbies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I found an orphan duckling last month, I built him a little home out of towels and a hot waterbottle. I fed him until I could find him a place in a bird sanctuary where he is now growing up with all the other lost ducklings
Teach, Learn, Share
I would like to share traveling stories, experiences and places to explore. I am always keen on learning basic words in the language of the country I travel to, and like to watch and help cooking. I can teach clockmaking, which is probably not very useful, except you are interested in clocks ;)
