Overview
About Me
hi travelers and locals!
some of my references refer to me as Yan (or Jan). As you may observe, Lusine isn't a common name in English world and can get mispronounced. I used to introduce myself as Yan to avoid dealing with mispronounciatons. Then I decided to embrace the name my parents gifted me in all its confusing and challenging nature :)
about my house:
I will almost certainly turn down requests to host if you don't have any references / haven't had a reference in years. I understand we all start somewhere and there's nothing wrong with not couchsurfing for a while, and I hope you can understand my hesitance as well. Would be happy to meet up and explore, though!
about me:
I am a software engineer, wandering around. Still unclear where the final destination is.
I believe in freedom and that truthfulness, compassion and courage are virtues.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
surfing:
as all of us here, I suppose, I want to know the place close up, learn something from a fellow human, and save some money.
couch-offering:
surfers are a great subset of humans, in general. I'd like to help them out, and learn something from someone.
Interests
I find writing code and fiction very interesting.
One of these days I'll also get confident enough to count healthy eating and a sport as interests, too.
