I'm Tad from Warsaw, Poland. I studied italian philology at University of Warsaw and now i study biology and work in medical laboratory. I love classical music and enjoy reading books or watching movies. I love nature with its fun facts, discovering new places, meeting new people and exchanging experiences.
I play a little flute and I bring it practically everywhere with me
Sometimes I do artsy stuff, currently willing to edit a zine :) i also do analogue photography and cyanotypes

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I feel good meeting new people and I like the idea of being part of this international network of people who help each other discover new cultures and places :)
When I travel I don’t like to just check the touristic places and proceed, I like to get a bit deeper into the city’s or society’s tissue. For me ideal travelling is rather meeting new people than just seeing places.

I tried CS few years ago as a surfer and I loved the idea, but since then didn’t have many opportunities to use it. Now I’m back and I want to contribute to this network :)

I like different kinds of music, lately mostly classical but also southern Italian disco from 70’-80’. Also Jamiroquai <3

I have a long list of books which for now is growing not shrinking, but i dont give up, some day i’ll read them all.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In May 25 i realized my dream of going on bike from Warsaw to my cottage house which is about 150 km away
And then in June 25 I bikepacked from Wroclaw, PL to Vienna :D

I’m on my way to visit all Polish national parks. No rush, no pressure, slow but steady ;)

I can teach you how to mend your socks
or anything of things i know :D
In the past i used to teach children piano/music and it was actually one of my best experiences :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

I’m easygoing, clean and quiet, I respect house rules :)

I can offer cooking for you, if you do music we could make some together, or go to a concert, or just talk :)

Also, if for any reasons you don’t feel like spending time together, I can offer you peace and silence :)
