About Me

Hello people,

I'm Tae, a Thai guy from the North East of Thailand who loves meeting new people of different cultural backgrounds. I used to live in different parts of the world, both working and studying and I do enjoy making a long life friendship from people I got to know when I was out exploring the world. I'm a full time lecturer based in Khon Kaen, Thailand. Very easy going and love doing outdoor activities and oh, love getting some pints at a local pub too on Friday night (if there's any around my area...haha) .I try to balance my work life and off work activities, so being here would at least bringing the 'like minded' people enjoying the same social activities. Too boring?, hope not!

See you guys soon.
Tae

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Only for one simple reason, making new friends and try to show 'Couchsurfers' how awesome my little, funny, beautiful Thailand is.

Interests

Weekend with my partner, mates and my only Golden Retriever dog ''Buffy''. Also enjoy gardening and DIY stuff, especially the local interior and South East Asian designs. Oh and I love self cooked food so I guess I'm quite good with cooking Thai dishes.

Music, Movies, and Books

All sorts from U2, Momford and Sons, Kings of Leon, Sam Smith, to Kylie!. Love all music really, depending on the mood.

TV show? BBC's ''The Apprentice'', Alan Carr: Chatty Man and most of the BBC's documentary.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One Amazing Thing I've Done lately? Hmmm must have been riding my brother's big bike (despite the fact that I only stand 167 Cm) and went on the Mekhong River's sand dune two years ago during a typical Thai hot summer. Awesome panoramic view over looking Laos from Thailand border, worth it.
