About Me
***Surfers***
~-Utah-
I am more than happy to host you and mi casa es su casa. I do have my family and a tenant that lives with me, so it is important to be mindful of their schedule.
#Bio
I love where I live, and I love my family, friends, and my community in UT.
I prefer eating organic food and using natural remedies, but don't judge me if I eat McDonalds.
I love hiking, camping, and anything nature.
I'm a terrible singer, but on the flipside, my dancing makes up for that.
I enjoy a good conversation about philosophy, personal development, and business.
I'm really a city boy who loves the country.
Salt Lake City, Utah is basically in the center of a lot of national parks such as Arches, Capital reef, Goblin Valley (state park), Bryce Canyon, Zions, Grand Teton, and Yellowstone.
There's a lot of celebrities that visit Park City for the Sundance Film Festivals, and during the winter, we have the best snow in the world to ski or snowboard.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I heard about CS through a local Toastmasters international meeting in 2016, and it sounded like a super fun way to travel! After the speaker shared his CS experiences, I thought this might be a great way to travel and find good friends along the way. From 2017-2019, I have traveled all 50 states and 33 countries, I know couchsurfing is a wonderful way to make friends!

Music, Movies, and Books
Books:
The secret, How to win friends and influence people, The power of positive thinking, Men are from Mars and women are from Venus, The alchemist, The little prince, the Bible
Not much of a movie goer, but I enjoy watching it with someone. I like anime like One piece, and a fan of Warhammer 40k.
I love music that makes me want to dance! Anywhere from Techno, hip hop, Rock, indie hop, house, electronic, jazz, swing, and really, I will dance to any songs! Just start beat boxing or tapping on the table and see me go!!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I was a whistle-blower when the 2009 market bubble crashed
Teach, Learn, Share
Depth of perception, how far can you see? If you were to see an acorn, would you think food? Or a big tree? If you're thinking big tree, think bigger. Can you see a forest, homes, or can you see even bigger? The depth of perception is important in how you see others. What can you see from people? I see greatness in you and many life-long lessons to share or receive. When we meet, I like to see how far you can see with only a bar of iron. I love the creativity and innovations in others, I hope we meet.
Delayed gratification, a bamboo farmer started to plant some bamboo seeds, and he would fertilize and water it every day. A year goes by, and not even a sprout. The bamboo farmer continues to fertilize and water it, and the second year goes by, but nothing grows. Then the 3rd year, nothing. Then, on the 4th or 5th year, the bamboo grows 30 to 60 feet tall within 3 months span. Everyone who visits is amazed to see the bamboo growing so fast in a short period of time of 3 months however, if the farmer didn't fertilize and water it in one year, one month, or even one week; the bamboos would've not survived. The moral of the story is consistency, patience, and knowledge, which will be more beneficial with delayed gratification.
I see great things in people, and my favorite part is listening to the challenging stories of adversity, scarcity, or hardships people had to overcome. You can always learn something new, and if you haven't learned anything, you're not alone, and we're going to figure it out.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can help clean, cook, and be a respectful guest. I live in a nice lovely home in UT, where your kindness can be returned if you need a place to CS
I have an Amazon Prime account, a costco membership card, and a lot of fun music playlists
Either we can have a wonderful, entertaining day that's either chill eating lunch or/and dinner together; or we can go out and explore together! We don't even need to hang out, but it would be nice to get to know you!
