ABOUT ME

I grew up within a small alternative community in Canada that lives among the simple beauties of life: craftsmanship of all kinds, music, and organic farming and gardening. I was raised with values of collaboration, taking pride in your craft, following your passion, and supporting others in theirs.

I am a lover of the open road/ open water... wherever adventure is created, I'm there! Over the past 5 years, I have been traveling to many places, learning all I can as I go. This spring, I have been building a tiny house with mostly recycled materials in the backwoods of Ontario, Canada with the help of my amazing partner, Jade. We have the dream of surrounding ourselves with a community of conscious, like minded people to live with.

I am looking for opportunities to enhance my skills of natural building, organic gardening & permaculture, rock-climbing & surfing (super excited about these, as movement is one of my biggest passions), and sustainable practices.

I am currently working as a social media coordinator for a best-selling author and holistic nutritionist, all the while continuing my practice as a Strength & Conditioning Coach. These two things complement my holistic lifestyle, made up of my daily practices: cooking organic meals from scratch, breathing & meditation, mobility work, and movement.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I find that Coachsurfing is such an awesome way to meet fun, interesting, simple, complex, creative, loving, bubbly, calm, energetic people. My experiences with Couchsurfing have been consistently memorable and always left me feeling excited (among MANY other things) about all the moments that make up LIFE:) I have a communal garden and a lot of land that I love to spend time on with my family, lover, and friends.

I am in constant search to teach/learn with new faces by exchanging life experiences. This along is what makes this world so spectacular, the sheer vastness of it all!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can happily share my love for movement and human performance! I can also cook, clean, create adventures, give a space to think and really feel, share a calm moment, and help wherever it is needed. I'm happy to dig my hand into the dirt and help in the garden:)
