About Me

Hi, I’m Taiting Lee from Taiwan. I’m currently wandering in New Zealand with no fixed destination, just following my heart. If I find a city interesting, I stay there.

I don’t like introducing myself because I believe you truly get to know someone through interaction. But I’m happy to share a bit about myself.

******
I love reading novels and am interested in psychology, philosophy, and recently exploring yoga and the mind-body connection.

I like to play volleyball and used to be a spiker on my team. I played volleyball in QT and met some cute people there.

I also enjoy traveling and have been to many countries, including Egypt, Russia, some countries in Europe and Asia. My next stop is Latin America.

My travel style is spending a long time with locals and trying to immerse myself in the local life, if time allows.

Now, I’m trying to write my travel experiences as a novel, like being proposed to with thirty camels 🐫 in Egypt, arguing with greedy vendors, getting lost alone in the forest, camping in the desert, and so on.

I’m currently exploring myself and seeking what I truly want to do

Since coming to New Zealand, I’ve started tramping and camping, connecting with nature. I’ve become interested in sustainable development, organic food, and living sustainably, including generating my own power.

It has changed my lifestyle, and I would like to learn more about it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Recently, I completed the Abel Tasman Track. It took me four days, and it was my first time doing a long-distance solo hike.
I can't forget the smiles of people who finished the track—everyone looked dirty but beautiful."
