Hobbies:
Rock Climbing, Camping/Hiking, Scuba Diving, World Traveling, Filming,Capoeira, Aikido, Playing Music (Shakuhachi, Darbuka, other Arabic instruments (dof, riq, etc..), Indian Tabla, bansuri, Digeridoo, Ney, guqin, also many other percussion instruments (djembe, capoeira related - atabaque, pandeiro, berimbau, etc..)

I work with IT security and various IT/computer related things in Kobe, Japan.

I like zazen 座禅 and try to meditate everyday, although doesn't happen everyday..

PHILOSOPHY

Just constantly trying to improve, be mindful and enjoy living in the present.
