I am a owner of two unit restaurants"ROCKET CHICKEN". I am Japanese chef. I love Japan and love Japanese food. My dream is link the people with Japanese food cultures.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have lived in Republic of Kiribati as a volunteer. taught cooking and food hygiene. the country will sink in the ocean because rise in sea revel. good peoples, good locations, good sea foods... but the country will disappear about 50 years later. what is human, what is money. what is war, what is economy, what is politics... I considered of many things. but that experience were grow up me so much!!
