About Me

I was born and raised in Canada, however since I have been a little girl my family has taken me on vacations all across the world. Now I continue to travel on my own or with friends I meet a long the way. I love to discover new cultures, adventure to remote and untouched regions and meet people all across the globe. Coachsurfing has given me a chance to not just meet other travelers but live with locals and immerse myself in their culture.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing is also a great way to save a lot of money while traveling. I also love hanging out with other coachsurfers, sharing funny travel stories and getting great tips.

Interests

I love to ski, kite board, surf and pretty much any other outdoor activity. As much as I love being in nature, I am also happy to sit down with a good book or good company.

Music, Movies, and Books

Any of the classics are good with me. If you put on some Jimmy or Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young, then I'm sure we will get along well. I'm not to picky about music though, I can see talent in all genres.

My favorite books are Unbroken and House in the Sky as they are both very inspiring and impossible to put down. I stayed up several nights to finish Unbroken because it consumed my thoughts too much to sleep.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

At 18, alone, I lived with a tribe within the mountains of Papua. Although we didn't speak the same language,I learnt many things during this experience. One thing that really stuck with me was that a smile goes along way. Languages and cultures will change wherever you go but a smile is universal.

What I Can Share with Hosts

If your happy to sit down, share some laughs and good stories then I'm sure you will enjoy my company. I'm also always in for any sort of adventure!
