ABOUT ME

I do lots of music and if I have time, I study. I'm living in Germany and teaching English until June which is surprisingly good fun. Since being away from the UK I've developed a slightly unhealthy obsession with English tea and chocolate digestives, as well as a constant longing for West Country cider. I like crazy nights out with friends and hanging out in churches in equal measure.

PHILOSOPHY

I confuse myself if I philosophise too much. So I've stolen this from a friend: 'love God, love people'.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm new to this but it seems like a good idea! I travel a lot at the moment and can offer a bed in my little town of Lemgo in Germany..

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

Skydiving was probably the most amazing feeling ever. Rather good view of giraffes and springbok in the South African countryside.

Insegna, impara, condividi

I'm good at square knots, gadget making, campfires and other things I learned in the girl guides. I can teach the piano if I have a piano around (which I don't at the moment). I will happily discuss theology. I can teach German and would also like to practise speaking it myself. I was a gymnastics coach once upon a time so can teach that too, difficult without a gym though. Would really really like to learn Portuguese (preferably Brazilian).
