CURRENT MISSION

My plan for 2012 is to see as much of Australia as possible in a year.

ABOUT ME

I'm a happy go lucky go, who no one can really take seriously. I'm always up for a laugh and a beer or three.
I've been looking forward to having a bit of time outside of the usual for a while, hence, couchsurfing around the country.

PHILOSOPHY

'Each to their own', and 'live to learn'.
Oh, and to have a serious laugh at yourself as much as possible.

I try to take hold of everything I can, which shows in my experimenting in performing arts and music, as well as working in a few different fields.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None as of yet. I'm the first in my family do go couch surfing!

Interests

I'd love to experience absolutely everything, and give everyone a chance, as I hope everyone will give me.
I love music (anything that's not on the popular stations), a good debate, good food (even if I can barely cook!) and great company.
I'm not much of a sports person, but I participate in the Great Victorian Bike Ride each year with a few friends and my old school, and I plan on doing a lot of hiking this year.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love good sci-fi and thriller movies. Anything that lets people have a good chat about afterwards. I really enjoyed Donny Darko and The Jacket.
In terms of books, I prefer action and mysteries. Matthew Reilly is my favourite author.
Music? Almost anything that has real instruments. Bands like Rage Against the Machine, Tool, Led Zepplin, Marvin Gaye really stand out, however.

Teach, Learn, Share

I want to learn how people cook! Food is amazing and everyones got a different take on it. Fantastic!
I want to learn what makes us see things differently, and hopefully show people how to see things from another view.
