I'm Talya, a digital nomad, originally from Tel Aviv Israel. I've been a software engineer until recently, now a lecturer of programming.

For me the point of traveling is all about nature and views, meeting new people, having new experiences, making connections, being present. Life is too short to live in a template.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I travel abroad, I find that locals are the most interesting part. You get to share an experience, even if short, with a person who is both completely different and very similar to you. You make a new friend far far away from home. Also locals recommend about the best places to go ;)
