I come from the area around Frankfurt, since 2011 I live in Gießen, a lovely city!
In 2016 I did my Erasmus-semester in Roskilde, Denmark, which was the best experience for me! I met people from all over the world and we did some awesome travels together.

I am a teacher for children with disabilities and I always worked in the field of education/ special education.
Right now, I just finished my final degree (yeah!!) and left Germany for a while :)
In february, march and april I was working as a volunteer in Greece on the island Chios with an NGO that supports refugees.

Since Gießen is a perfect place for foodsharing, I am participating as much as I can when I'm home. We are trying to reduce the amount of food waste, so we save the food and share it.

Winter is my favourite season, I am in love with snow, skiing, watching wintersports and the scandinavian countries. My first time in Norway in 2016 was overwhelming! I was so in love with this country that I went again in 2018, for 3 weeks. Here I made my first Couchsurfing experiences :)

Music, Movies, and Books

I love to read Harry Potter, over and over again! :) But I can not watch the movies, which a lot of people find really weird.

Also, I really enjoy reading the historical books from Ken Follett.

I love movies with good music, especially the music by Hans Zimmer.

And I love to dance, so every crazy dancing music is perfect :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One amazing thing that I have done was the paragliding class for one week :)
Flying and seeing the world from above is stunning!

Seeing the northern lights in Norway was also just amazing!
