About Me

Hi!
My name is Tamara, I am from Chile and I have 28 years old.
After working 2.5 years in a research project as a hydraulic engineer, I made the decision to travel. The work was a little monotonous and boring for me. I need a more active job!

I chose Canada as my first country :). Mainly because it is a big and beautiful country, with a lot of vegetation and things to explore. Also it is multicultural and safe country, where I can improve my English too.
I would like to visit many cities of Canada and travel all cross Canadá from the East Coast through the West Coast.
I speak Spanish and English. And I am learning French :).
I like to travel, meet new people, places and cultures. Share stories, moments and enjoy.
I love to do outdoors activities, sports and yoga. I am a yoga teacher :).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I would like to meet people of different countries who likes to travel. I think couchsurfing is the best option to do this and travel in a simple way.
Right now I am not accepting guest because I am travelling, but when I will come back to Chile I will open my doors to travelers. Chile is an amazing country :).

Interests

I like simple and healthy life.
Explore the nature.
I enjoy sports, dancing and yoga.
Also I am interested in environmental issues and in early childhood education. I think every day we can do small things to take care our planet and in the future I would like to teach to small kids to be them self and develop their own skills and talents.
