Hi there!

I've loved traveling for as long as I can remember. When I was young it was mostly family trips around my beautiful country Perú. Then I visited other parts of Latinamerica, but not nearly enough of it, and out of pure luck I found myself traveling through Europe through the whole summer. I cannot think of a more wonderful way of life than trying to figure out what new places and adventures there are to be discover around the world. I believe, than even though it seems that it is becoming a more dangerous place, good people will always outnumber those who aren't, and traveling proves this to me, over and over again.

Peru is where my heart and family lives, so I will be returning soon, and would be happy to host travelers from around the world and show them around one of Latinamerica's most beautiful places.

Intereses

I love being outdoors, walking in new cities or visiting new places. I have the most fun when I am surrounded by nature and when I get to go trekking, climbing, riding bikes, swimming in the ocean, river rafting, or doing something I haven't done before like diving, zip-lining, bungee jumping, paragliding, and many others.

I am not a huge party girl, I'd rather rest during the night and enjoy a day of intense activity, but I do like to go dancing now and then.

Music: I love listening to most genres of music but my favorite bands are Mumford & Sons, The Vaccines, Coldplay, Florence & The Machine, Monsieur Periné, Years & Years, Of Monsters & Men, Bastille, The Killers, The Black Keys. Favorite singers would be Jorge Drexler, Sia, Hozier.

Movies & TV Shows: Too many, but right now La La Land, Mad Max: Fury Road, and Comet. TV Shows: Stranger Things, Sense 8, Orphan Black. Yes, I love science fiction. Documentaries: Tales of Light, Cosmos.

Books: Everything written by Jane Austen. The Little Prince, Jane Eyre, On the Road, and yes, Harry Potter. Right now I'm reading Ernest Hemingway's short stories.

Swimming with enormous sea turtles in the ocean, north of Perú.
Doing a Ferrata / trekking in the Dolomiti Mountains in Italy.

*Bonus* Getting lost in Venice: It is amazing the amount of times I managed to do that -_-

Enseña, aprende, comparte

I can teach you spanish and english. Also a little bit of yoga and little bit of photography, but if you can teach me more about those last two that would be awesome!

I love learning new languages, even if its just a few words. Also, learning how to cook new dishes!

I took a short course in videomaking, but would love to learn more about this subject too.

Sharing stories for me is the best thing to share.

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

I can share with my hosts as much information and tips about traveling to South America as they wish. I would be happy to host them back, share my countries history, visit with them as much places as I can, and always make sure they are enjoying themselves and traveling safe and happy.
