My name is Tamara and I'm from Germany, but I've always loved travelling, so right after finishing high school I decided to live abroad and went off to South America for a year. Since then travelling has become one of my most beloved hobbies because I love meeting new people from other countries and cultures. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Simply because I think it is the perfect platform to meet people from all over the world while saving money! Cultural exchange is one of the most important things when travelling, so I would love to share ideas and experiences with other people.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to all kinds of music, at the moment I'm listening to a lot of Reggaeton because I love the Spanish language :) I would love to be able to dance, and I'm not very good at it, so if someone could teach me, I'm open for it! I read books and watch movies whenever I find time, but I'm usually quite busy so I prefer to meet up with people in my free time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

▪️ Working and living in a children's home in Argentina for some months
▪️ Visiting the Iguazú waterfalls and enjoying the natural beauty in Argentina and Brazil

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you some German and tell you about Germany, my culture but also my experiences around the globe :) Sharing experiences and time together is so valuable and I always do my best to be an exemplar guest and host. I am very curious and open-minded to teach and be taught in many aspects. At the beginning I usually prefer to listen to other rather than talking myself, but I open up fast when I feel comfortable ;)
