About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To meet some new people and help them have a lovely time in Barcelona.

ABOUT ME

We are a couple (originally from Scotland) living in Barcelona. We like good food, cycling, going out, sitting in with movies and wine, seeing friends and generally enjoying life! We've lived here a few years and love the city and have enjoyed having a range of surfers in our spare room in the past!

PHILOSOPHY

"Be who you are because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind" (stolen from the marvellous Dr. Seuss).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We live in a pretty little flat and when we had a spare room we thought it was the perfect time to host some couchsurfers! We have hosted many lovely people.

At the moment our spare room is taken by our new flatmate so we can't host at the moment. But we would love to use couchsurfing when we next go travelling or hang out with people in Barcelona.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We have had people from all over the world stay with us and shared lovely conversation, yummy food and sometimes late night dancing! Tamara has couchsurfed in Melbourne and met some wonderful people there.

Interests

Travelling, hiking, cycling, being outdoors, reading, cooking, wearing pyjamas, playing the ukelele badly, painting, spending time with my friends and family, rollerblading, convincing others to do the "sexy chicken dance", scrabble, drinking tea, sitting in sunny plazas and watching the world go by.
