CURRENT MISSION
to be, to dare and to live
ABOUT ME
I adore traveling and meeting new people. Helping others is one of the things I highly appreciate and try to improve, that's why I became a member of CS. I see myself as an easygoing and open-minded person always prepared to share new ideas and experiencies and to learn from other people. I am very committed to my studies and work (Dutch language and culture)but also trying to have time for other activities. I am keen on reading, improving language skills, exploring new places and spending a lot of time with my friends.
PHILOSOPHY
Everything is possible you just have to want it hard enough to make it true.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Well, trying to help everyone who contacts me, either by offering a couch (when possible) or by guiding through Belgrade, showing around and giving all useful information about my country and city. I am always glad and prepared to drink a beer or coffee, go to clubbing with someone who comes to visit Belgrade.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
This project has changed my conception of traveling completely! Since I have first used CS I realized that the best way to discover a new country is to have someone who can help you reveal the secrets that every city has. In my opinion CS is a wonderful project because it gives you the opportunity of meeting people from all over the world.
Interests
I am interested in languages and literature. I attend PhD studies in the field Theory of Literature at the Faculty of Philology and specializing modern Dutch literature. At the same time I am working at the faculty as an assistant for the Dutch language and literature. I love modern and pop art, architecture, art movies, good books, postmodernism, music and pleasant, friendly people.
