ABOUT ME

I guess it is always hard to discribe yourself and you might see me in a total different way but if you really want to find out you will have to meet me personally:)

I'm in love with my piano, started playing it with 6 years so that is just a part of me. After I gratuated from school I took a break for a year to travel and this year had a big impact on me and how I see things now. But I guess I don't have to tell anyone here that travelling changes your point of view a lot :) Just started studying environmental system sience with geography and I love it. Understanding how the world and our nature works, seems incredible to me. I am curious about the world and everything new that happens to me. I love to have fun (I know, very creative, I mean who doesn't?!) and I am pretty easy to entertain so there's always something to laugh about when you are with me. But still I don't try to shut out everything shit that happens in the world but in my opinion you won't live a happy life if you keep yourself busy with all that goes wrong right now. And thats my goal, being happy. I am an emotional person and happy to live my life in highs and downs and not only on a constant level of existing. Although there are much more highs than downs:)
I appreciate the fact that I am born in a rich country and it's important to me to be conscious about all I have. In my opinion the world would be a much better place, if everyone would take the time to sit down for a minute or two and think about all the things, friends, experiences and so much more they have. And appreciate that. If we would be aware of that, there would be less need to buy more and more things and stuff we actually don't even need. Or maybe not even want.
Think about that for a minute:)
My plans in the forseeable future are to finish uni and travel in between with my brother and my mates, or alone.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Most experiences I had so far were during surfing, but now that I have my own place I will host too. I kind of feel like now it is the time to give back all the positive things I recieved through this website, so I promise, I will try to be a good host/guest. :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Did it almost all over Australia,Japan and Europe and only had awesome experiences! What better way of travelling could there be than living with locals? Not only that you get to see places you would never find as a stereotypical tourist, in my eyes it's also a much more economic way of travelling. Love it!

Interests

As I wrote before, I love playing my piano, I love to travel and can't get enough of it until I have seen the whole world, and after that I will have a look at all of it again, I love to compare cultural differences, love to read and meeting friends to go out, I love to do street-singing (not alone haha), I love my dog and animals, I love the nature and my huge garden at home, I love to grow my own vegetables, I love handmade things, I love to talk to people who think in a different way than I do because I always learn from them. I love to share and make other people happy. I love to draw things to remember them. Recently I started to get into activism and civil disobedience. I like to remember my dreams or even lucid dreaming. Also love dumpstering as a much cooler way of shopping ;)

Just get to know me and you'll see.
