About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To cook my way around the world!
ABOUT ME
I would say that I am a classic Seattle chic. Really into the music scene and love the arts and dancing. I am a chef so am artistic in nature and I love to be creative with my food. For the past 5 years I have been traveling the world while cooking. Im really easy going and don't make a fuss. Im up for a good conversation or I can create peace while quietly reading in the corner. I love meeting new people and learning about someone else's life. If your in my city I would love to show you around or get some coffee. Others treated me with such kindness while I was traveling that I would like to repay the favor.
PHILOSOPHY
I am all about my spiritual journey that I am on. A few years ago I changed my life for the better and since then I have been dedicated to bettering myself as a person. I try to look for the similarities and not the differences among those I am around. I can appreciate others who are kind hearted and treat the world with compassion.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Perhaps get a good cup of coffee and talk mindless jabber! Im a local to Seattle so if you need some suggestions let me know! Unfortunately I do not have a couch to lend as I currently have people renting my house while I am gone.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I did have an excellent experience in a hostel in south Florida after backpacking down the state to hop on a boat to go the Bahamas. There were several people from all parts of the world and we got into a fantastic debate involving spiritual principles. With people from all walks of life it was difficult to accumulatively come to one single ethical absolute. However in the end we all decided on one.. which was.. Treat others the way you would want to be treated. :) I concur.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I own a 1967 CJ5 Jeep that I built from the ground up. I rebuilt the engine, trani, drive lines, axles, body work, painting, roll cage and did all electrical myself. This was done with my dad and took me 3 years to finish. Im very proud of this jeep but more importantly the memories I have with my dad and I in the garage are priceless.
Teach, Learn, Share
I have learned that the most attractive way to act is to be humble and through humility, the ego has no place to hide.
I have to comment on the "beginnings of the future couchsurfing" description that is written below.. How beautiful that we all have something to offer and something to gain. Isn't that they way it was intended?
