I am a former nature journalist from London, UK currently solo travelling around Sweden. I love learning about people and their cultures, making international friends and being around nature (i.e. a good hike!). My friends and family describe me as kind, intelligent, creative, warm and friendly. I tend to gravitate towards people who are chilled-out, inclusive and open-minded and want to establish real friendships (which transcend geographical borders). I'd love to leave the UK and live abroad so I'm always on the lookout for a potential new home.

Love the old classics like Bill Withers, Marvin Gaye but also new stuff influenced by that era such as Tom Thumb (Brisbane beatboxer) and Whitebrow.
I am a big fat Harry Potter fan (of the books only, not the films nor the franchise). Love a good romantic thriller mixed with a bit of action. One of my favourite series is the Psy-Changeling Series by Nalini Singh - an Indian Australian author. (Men should read this and take notes..!) Also love fantasy genre - love a good angel and demon fight!

Would love to share my Bengali culture, maybe cook a curry some night (my specialty is spinach and sardine curry!). Happy to share knowledge on London, England where I grew up, as well as all the countries I've visited, including SE Asia (around 20 now). I have a mixed background in film and photography so up for sharing stuff on that too. Looking for good company at the most.
