Hey there!

My name is Tammy, born and raised in Austria :) - Yea, I look Asian, i know haha
my parents are from Vietnam, so I was lucky enough to grow up with two, very different, cultures.

I'm in the teacher training programme.. so still studying and spending most of my freetime cooking, going out for food, usually with my friends. I was never the outdoorsy girl until 1,5 years ago, but sometimes things happen that change you for the better, right? Ever since I try to go outside as much as possible. I've discovered bouldering a few months ago and absolutely love it. though, to be honest, I'm not that great in it (at least not YET!!)
I love being around my friends & family as well as nature and interesting places. I love catching sunsets.
I'd say that I am an optimistic, self-concious and self-confident person who lives life to the fullest.

I'd love to host people, but unfortunately I am not in the position to, because I still with my family at home.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I enjoy the company of others, especially if it's people that have experienced a lot over the past years because this usually leads to great conversation.

music is difficult to pin down.. always depends on my moood. the last few months I‘ve been loving drum and bass. at the moment I am getting into hip hop, too!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Having read other experiences, I feel like mine are very common ones, but for me, who has been living under a shell for so loooong, they have been the most defining moments
- 3 weeks of backpacking through Portugal
- hiking mountain at 3am to watch the sunset
