我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I have always stayed with local people whenever I went. Always found a way to explore the local culture very intimately, not as a tourist but rather as a part of the community/family. Have known about couchsurfing for quite some time, even made an account a while back but for various reasons never really got a chance to try it out. Being footloose, I love to travel and CS is a wonderful way to satiate my intrigue to get acquainted with people and cultures from around the world. Hoping to have some great experiences as well as returning the favour to fellow travelers.

Music - My pick would be Indian Classical but I am open to anything as long as it is soothing to my senses.

Books - Omnivorous reader. I read anything and everything as long as it is not taking a dump on my senses.

Movies - Satyajit Ray, Ritwik Ghatak, Mrinal Sen, Hayao Miyazaki, guillermo del toro, Jean-Pierre Dardenne and Luc Derdenne, French and Czechoslovak New Wave and many many others
