Overview
About Me
I would describe myself as an open-minded, curious, adventurous and honest person. I love to be active and discover new and interesting things all the time. My friends say that I can never stay calm and have sometimes too much energy. I'm always interested in expanding my knowledge and making new friends around the world. If this happens and we establish a true bond I might as well visit you a second and a third time ... :D because I love to return to places that became dear to my heart.
For some years I encounter myself as well on a spiritual journey and I strive to become the best version of myself.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Couchsurfing makes you more knowledgeable, wise and humble facing the diversity of lives and living arrangements in this world. Plus, both surfing and hosting is great fun.
Besides that I also conducted a little university research in my anthropology class concerning the reciprocity in the surfer-host-relation.
My life goal: Promoting and contributing to the good in the world through small interactions.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
At each single journey I experienced fantastic moments for example:

- spending one week on a rainbow gathering in the North of Sweden close fo the Arctic circle
- working one month on the most beautiful organic farm in Ecuador
- meeting a Spanish pilgrim in the Basque country and being part of a mystical, magical moment of forgiving
- experiencing the Morrocan desert
- hiking in the Andes and experiencing complete silence
- crossing the Alpes by foot (but one day I took the bus :D)
Teach, Learn, Share
I love to learn things so if you would like to teach me something- go ahead. But unfortunately I am a bad Salsa teacher, so please don´t ask for this... :)
Working as a German teacher I can teach you my mother tongue though with pleasure and heart!
As a Hatha yoga teacher I can also show you some of my favorite elements of yoga. I would love to learn more of other yoga styles like Ashtanga and Yin - and I want to play more songs on the Ukulele…
What I Can Share with Hosts
cooking a vegetarian meal, doing some Hatha yoga together and some good stories and positive energy :)
