ABOUT ME

I'm a fairly quiet, relaxed, curious and friendly fellow. I'm easy to talk to, but hard to get to know. I'm down-to-earth, but a dreamer as well. I'm up for anything fun.

PHILOSOPHY

I try to live a frugal, rational and simple life, to minimize my impact on the environment, see more of the natural world, attain happiness through simple pleasures, to explore, experience, or learn something new every day.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I've offered my couch to some very interesting people, and stayed with some even more interesting people. I don't travel much, but when I do, I want explore other cultures from the inside, and expand my horizons both figuratively and literally. And I hope to offer the same to fellow travellers in the meantime.

Intereses

Music (all sorts, but mostly experimental and electronic music), beer, food, the internet, free (as in freedom) software, games of all sorts, sailing, environmental issues, (natural) science, nature, reading, good discussions.

There isn't one thing, really. But I appreciate thunderstorms. The open sea. All of nature. Human diversity and endeavour. Waking up every day. There are amazing things right outside your door, right down that alley, just up that hill, as long as you're open to it.
