About Me

I'm a friendly, open-minded and simple girl, passionate about life and with the biggest intention of seeing as much as possible of this world! I'm a dreamer, a firm believer that anything is possible if you put all your heart and soul to it, and I'm a hopeless romantic!
I love reading books, watching movies, going to concerts, writing, taking photos, exploring cultures, trying new food, finding hidden gems in the places I visit... I truly enjoy meeting new people and I loooove to talk! Nothing like an endless, stimulating conversation accompanied by some coffee or wine!
I love being in contact with nature, swimming in the ocean and cycling! But also love to explore cities and have a couple of drinks wherever there's good music!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To connect with others. To meet like-minded people, make new friends and build life-long lasting relationships.
Also, I prefer traveling slow and I believe that getting to know new places with time and the advice/company of a local is the best way to make the most of it.

Music, Movies, and Books

So hard to pick one book as a favorite, but I absolutely relished Eat Pray Love, and now I'm enjoying City of girls. Elizabeth Gilbert really knows how to write a good-tasting novel and capture you with it! And what to say about Paulo Coelho's books, whatever he writes is worth reading.
As for movies, Eat Pray Love of course! p.s. I love you, Harry Potter, and a classic: The Lion King.
Music? A bit of almost everything!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

There are many things that I consider have been amazing in my life, but one of the most rewarding experiences was to dare to enter an open water swimming competition, in waters you could not see past your arm, little after defeating my terrible fear of the ocean.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my traveling stories, life and work experiences, recommendations on books, podcasts, places to visit and things to do in Costa Rica and the other countries I have been to. I'm also very much into mindfulness, there are many things I can share about mindful practices.
Overall, my disposition to enjoy a nice meal, drink(s), or a conversation together.
Oh! And some dance moves and Latin food recipes!
