About Me

ABOUT ME

I'm an easygoing person, eager to discover new things, places, food, people, and cultures. I enjoy being with people but also being on my own. I studied in Scotland for a year and afterwards, I went backpacking alone around Europe for 5 weeks, def the most amazing adventure of my life!! I hope I'll do it again in the future but this time I wanna go beyond and do a bike tour :)

update: I did the bike tour ;)

PHILOSOPHY
It's all about karma

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've both surfed and hosted and had good experiences so far. I couch-surfed during my backpacking trip so now it's my time to give back the generosity others offered to me

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I was backpacking in Europe and surfed everywhere, I loved it, met amazing people and made some friends.
Back in Mexico, I started offering a place and showing people around to give back what I received.

Interests

I love reading, listening to music, watching movies. I'm not a party animal but can go out once in a while. I always start exercising but after two weeks I drop it and feel so bad about it :( haha

I'm so into environmental issues and my passion is responsible consumption, habits change, and reduce waste.

Music, Movies, and Books

George Orwell, Isabel Allende, Mario Vargas Llosa

Hooverphonic, Muse, Radiohead, Swing music in general...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Due to my previous jobs, I've gone to small, rural communities and people there always amazed me because although they have so little they always offer something to you. This makes me think why if we have so much we can't think of someone else besides ourselves.

Teach, Learn, Share

I took a course on organic agriculture so I know how to grow food on gardens, roofs, walls... I haven't practised it in a while so my knowledge is kinda rusty but I can still teach you something useful!

Mexican food... obviously!!! I can cook you some nice dishes haha (veganised - although I'm not vegan).

What I Can Share with Hosts

Environmental knowledge
Backpacking stories
Cooking dinners
A huge smile

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Belize, Croatia, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovenia, Spain, United Kingdom

Countries I’ve Lived In
