I was born and raised in Montevideo, the capital city of Uruguay, a special little country in South America. I really like it, we have a lot of nice people and many nice places to go. We have a great typical drink call "mate", its a non alcoholic one which we drink all the time, even in the university,in the street or at work, of course I'm travelling with mine and will we glad to share it with you.
I'm an architecture student and I'm travelling around the world with my university until December. It is the longest and most important trip of my life. During this trip we get to know all the buildings and cities that we've been studying our whole career.
I'm a very easy going person who likes very much to spend my time hanging out with friends, reading or listening to music, but most of all travelling.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I'm new on couchsurfing, I was told of this kind of travelling by some French friends I hosted a couple of years ago, and I find it is the most attractive way to get to know a place through the people living there. Otherwise you usually end up going to all this touristic places of find more hard to discover a city, specially in this year that I'm travelling all the time from place to place every each 2-3 days.
I've hosted many people before (not by couchsurfing) and have always enjoyed sharing my knowledge and experiences of my hometown. It was really nice to take them out to nice places, show them around, and when I discovered cs it seemed ideal, cause this is what travelling is about to me: experience, feel and share, the best way to know :)
