ABOUT ME

I love to travel and if I get a chance to go somewhere, I don´t hesitate a second. It has happened to me quite often that I booked a flight without thinking and wondering later how I got to this place. Of course I have never regreted any trip and anything I have done. I lived a half year in the US, in Oregon as an exchange student,I travelled around the world for three month and with a friend through the US for three month. We rented a car and saw as much as possible between Los Angeles and New York. I have done shorter trips to many other countries but I prefer to stay with local people or in hostels and taking public transportation. Three hours of bus ride with chickens and ducks makes travelling what it is!
I studied in Cincinnati for one year, to get back to Germany afterwards and feel wanderlust again. Last September I got part in an volunteer programm in Riga, Latvia and enjoyed my stay a lot- Back in Germany now and looking forward to my next trips or surfers on my couch.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Travelling is the greatest way of educating yourself. That isn´t supposed to just sound mart but it´s so true. People, cultures, the beauty of the world is important. I love to host people or meet people, show them my city and having fun with them.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I actually have not a lot of Couch Surfing experiences yet. I stayed with a few surfers in the US and had great experiences. But I travelled with a similar organisation called SERVAS and that was great! I am looking forward to make Couch Surfing experiences now.

I love to dance to house and electro music. Despite of that I like all different kinds of music.
My favourite book is "Die Insel des vollkommenen Glücks". I don´t know the English title but I can teach you German, so you are able to read my edition.
