Veracruz is a beautiful city. But I know some people won't agree with me and that's fine because not everybody can understand the beauty of my town. It was on these shores that Conqueror Hernan Cortes set foot in 1519 and led an expedition that caused the fall of the Aztec Empire. In fact, it was once a very important port since it was the gate of arrival for people coming from the Old Continent... and there's so much more I can tell you about this city...!! :)
