About Me
ABOUT ME
My name is Tanja and I am 26 years old.
I live in Germany in a city, that’s called Bielefeld.
In my summer break I had the opportunity to be an Au Pair in Bermeo, Spain. It was a great experience. I also have been an au pair in the USA. In fact I love to travel and to see how people live in their own culture. I like to learn new languages. It's a lot of fun to meet people from around the world.
My biggest dream is to travel the world. And live in many places around the world. I want to learn the languages, the culture and want to see all the beautiful places the world offers.
I am open minded and love to go on adventures.
I would say I am a fun person to hang out with. I love to go hiking, to read, to be outside and to enjoy my life in every moment.
PHILOSOPHY
I love to live my life. There are so many things in the world I wanna see and explore.
I wanna hang out with a lot of people from all over the world. I am just starting to do this, but it's just amazing!
Even if there is a lot of bad stuff going on in the world, you will find somewhere the positive things. You should always keep your head up and smile and even if you fall - stand up and fight! It is worth it!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I did CouchSurfing a few times before. I went to New York City with one of my friends and we searched for an opportunity to stay. We were thinking about which possibilities we could have and my friend asked me if I wanna try couchsurfing! I said I would love to try it! Our host was awesome. He showed us a lot of stuff in New York and told us where else we could go. It was an amazing time and I am so happy that I did couchsurfing. It's great to meet new people all over the world and it's also a little adventure.
I have also surfed in Denmark and in Germany. I never had bad experience so far.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One of the most amazing things I saw is New York City!
It's my absolutely favourite place. It's just amazing.
I found a quote that fits perfectly to me.
“New York is an ugly city, a dirty city. Its climate is a scandal, its politics are used to frighten children, its traffic is madness, its competition is murderous.
But there is one thing about it - once you have lived in New York and it has become your home, no place else is good enough.” - Megan McCafferty
I think this place is just magic!
