One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
What amazing things have I done? Well, here are a couple of examples that came to mind first ...
in Abkhazia I :
- fell from the glacier during the hike
- experienced earthquake in the mountains
- flew by rescuers helicopter
- was obliged to leave my backpack with all the things in the mountains (due to overload)
- crossed the border between the countries on foot only with a passport in the pocket and 5 liters of house wine in your hands
in Serbia:
- pretended to be a pensioner to get to the hospital for treatment (and yes, it worked)
in Iceland:
- was trapped on the highway due to the eruption of the volcano
in Russia:
- rafted along the river on a raft made of balloons
- spent the night in the forest in -25 degrees without a tent
And in 2018 I completed the French way of Saint James Way (Camino de Santiago)! 800 km so far!
Do you want to hear these stories completely? :)
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach how to make a tent out of any material for 1 minute or how to survive at subzero temperature if there are no warm things. Such "Bear Grills show - girl from Russia edition", ha-ha! (But, I hope, you will never need such an extreme skills.)
And I myself am pleased to learn everything new!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can be a very useful guest in the housekeeping - washing dishes, preparing food, etc. I can help you I will :)
I can destroy all this funny myths about Russia including the best known myth about inhospitality and unfriendliness of Russian folk (and the myth about bears with vodka and balalaikas on the streets, of course). Without joking - I can tell loads of interest about my country and explain you why it is worth of visiting it
With a great pleasure I can spend time with you: I am openminded person and like to achieve new experience especially if it is experience with someone who knows the city as the native :)
