Hi, I'm Tanja! I really like new experiences, seeing new beautiful places and meeting interesting new people, which is why I think couchsurfing is really nice. Last year I went on a trip to Italy and i loved meeting people via couchsurfing, it made my experience a lot more fun! I like to see nature and I love walking, playing games, talking a lot, getting to know different cultures, stories, ways of living and a lot of other things! I am open for all adventures :).

At the moment I am not living in a house that has the possibility to host another person, but I'd like to meet up if I have time!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think that couchsurfing is a nice way to meet people and travel on a budget. I think that couchsurfing would be a nice and easy way to get in contact with people which might want to show me around when I'm in new places.

Music, Movies, and Books

I want to read more books, but I mostly watch soaps... a lot of soaps haha. Ranging from brooklyn nine-nine to friends, handmaids tale, bridgerton, riverdale, peaky blinders etc. etc.
I also listen to a lot of different music. I love dancing and I love the basic dance music and top hits, but I also like more calming music, latin, techno sometimes or any other.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I embraced the student life in the Netherlands, which brought me a lot of great, fun friends and during my studies I also organised events in the city for a year to make internationals feel at home, I studied in Prague for a few months, and I did a workaway for two weeks on an organic farm!

Teach, Learn, Share

I am already happy when I can stay with a host whom might show me around a bit, or to eat with or talk or so. I am also very interested in learning more cooking skills, meditation or yoga and i love hiking and seeing beautiful nature.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am very enthusiastic and I love to talk about anything. I am not necessarily super talented in music or art or anything, but we can share stories about things we have done and I could teach you some Dutch words if you'd like.
