I have been involved in photography since 2015 mainly shooting travel, fashion and portraits on project basis and also have experience with several travel companies as a trek leader and coordinator for traveller groups mostly in the mountains.

Music is an integral part of my life and I love to engage with different genres for the pure listening pleasure and exploring movement through the sound. I'm also self learning popping and locking.

Spirituality and philosophy interest me along with the deep fascination for the human mind. I love interacting with new people since I believe everyone is a different journey and it is beautiful to be offered a different perspective and be able to do the same with others.

There is so much to learn from everyone and adding value to each other's experience is a defining healthy step towards mutual growth 🌻

Music, Movies, and Books

When it comes to music I surprisingly have a lot to talk about. It has always been an integral part of me from the very start. Some might say I'm obsessed with it but either way music never lets you down.

I listen to all kinds of songs and am not prejudiced towards any particular genre. I listen to whatever that sounds good to me. From Eminem to Imagine Dragons and G Eazy to Pink Floyd I like them all. Although my playlist has definitely changed through time but I've always listened to rap all along and still do. Also, I like to rap too.
Apart from that I prefer songs with good bass and mellow tones ( something like Two Feet or Cigarettes after sex) however some good guitar chords are always pleasant to hear. Regardless of the genres I have in my playlist I feel your mood or your vibe makes you choose what you want to listen to.

Movie genres that I like are thriller, comedy, action but more importantly I like to watch something that really stimulates the mind. I like suspense and mind flip movies, something that leaves you stuck to your seat thinking what just happened. I love Nolan movies, that guy's brilliant. Some of my other favorites are Pulp Fiction, Predestination, The Grand Budapest Hotel.

I usually like to read non fiction books, something from which I can enrich myself. In the recent past I have read Autobiography of a Yogi by Paramhansa Yogananda; Alone on the wall by Alex Honnold; books by Dr. Brian Weiss. I'm currently reading Inner Engineering by Sadhguru.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A few months ago, a friend and I planned a trip to Kheerganga, Himachal Pradesh. It was the first trip for both of us. The mountains were calling and I had to go. We loved the view and the mountain folk so much that our 5 day trip got extended to 12 days ! Apart from the amazing memories we made and the picturesque locations we admired it was just the vibe of the mountains that kept us saying 'one more day' every day. It's funny that the number of days with which we extended the trip was even more than the days we had planned the trip for in the first place!
Apart from Kheerganga we visted Grahan, Chalal, Kasol and Pulga, each one being a pleasant experience.
Finally, the day came when we were really short on money and eventually we had to head back. Till then hitchhiking was just a concept to us and the circumstances urged us to test it. We hitched rides in 3 vehicles- a car and 2 trucks. It was such an exciting experience that too on our first trip to the mountains. Our adventurous trip even concluded with an adventure. I will always cherish the ride back home.
