I am in love with learning about movement and creating optimal and robust health in myself and others. I spend my time training in martial arts, parkour, bouldering, and other movement modalities. I love researching and learning constantly on a variety of topics from nutrition, business, fitness etc. Focused on designing a life fit for me to be my best, and inspire others to grow and be their best as well.
