Overview
About Me
As I hope you will see, I ‘m very eclectic and find beauty in everything that is made with a good heart.
I’m physically fit and energetic, but equally relaxed and easy going.
From an early age I’ve lived in several different countries, fortunately always fully immersed in their everyday life. I have soon learned that what is considered “good” and “right” in one culture is often not so in another. And although an individual may prefer one to another, one is not better than the other. I have learned to appreciate differences. And with mindful exposure to different environments, I allow myself to “embody” new values and often, why not, challenge and change my preferences.
I am calmly active and actively calm. I love fully enjoying the present moment wherever I am and whoever I’m with. I love spending time with people as much as being on my own. I hope my stories will be interesting to you, but I’m also just as eager to hear yours.
I've done Kryia Yoga meditation for 23 years (Self Realization Fellowship) and more recently Sivananda Hatha Yoga.
One of the first thoughts I remember having is that I wanted to fly. Well, I got my flying licence even before I got my drivers licence. And yes, how could I live without skydiving!
Finally, I absolutely love nature and being outdoors, hiking, being in the water and in open spaces.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have a ferocious wanderlust and I have just joined Couchsurfing as my work and other circumstances now allow me to be anywhere anytime.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Skydiving is great, I do it on a regular basis; but the most amazing thing I’ve done is to normalize reconstruction, “move and keep moving, change and keep changing”.
