About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Being the antagonist in my personal novel -or- to be an antithesis to my own being

ABOUT ME

I grew up in the small town of Unye, at north coast of the country. Work as a travel guides editor in a reputable publishing house whose bookstore branches spread over the city. Had BA degree in American Culture and Literature and MA degree at the department of Modern History.

I am open-minded. Every time ready to talk for long hours to have a cultural exchange and of course fun. I like to hear personal stories of bygone days and visions for the future.

You know it is not easy to talk about yourself, so it should be short. :)

PHILOSOPHY

1-Less is more!

2-I believe in the notion of absurd. "In the long term we are all dead" as Keynes said, and to protect our beings from decaying, we should enjoy every minute of life without loading so much burden on it and by searching for the so called holy meaning of it. It may lead to a slight degree of insanity but here is one of my fav. quotations: "I don't suffer from my insanity, I enjoy every minute of it."

Music, Movies, and Books

I have troubles with replying "the most" questions, but here is a simple list that I can call some of my fav.s. Invisible Cities by Calvino, Slaughterhouse No. Five by Vonnegut, Del Amor y Otros Demonios by Marquez and complete works of Yasar Kemal.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Two huge rainbows crossing each other, forming a "m" shape.

Teach, Learn, Share

Every kind of people has sth to teach me and I also can share what I know; as I said, every person is a book and we can see different qualifications in each chapter if we continue reading.
