Overview
About Me
I am a university student, studying in Amsterdam and find myself indulging in new experiences ever so often. I love people - and have a flair for sharing and listening to people's stories from around the world.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to host and be hosted by people that hail from different parts of the world, making them so diverse, yet share the same interests in traveling and meeting new people. I think the best way to get acquainted with a new place is to get to know its people and that is exactly what I plan to do through couchsurfing :)
Interests
I love reading and try to read at least one new book every week, cozy conversations over a cup of tea, discovering new places and people, writing, and watching movies and documentaries.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love the band 'Other Lives' and can listen to them for days. Other than that, I can listen to and enjoy almost anything!
Some of my all-time fave movies are: Pursuit of Happyness, Gandhi, Bicycle Thief, Vertigo, Twelve Angry Men and lots more. I love movies and would be up for watching anything new (or old)!
Books that top my personal favorites list are: War and Peace, Picture of Dorian Gray, Crime and Punishment. I love reading classics and go back to my books every few months to experience them again :)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Traveled alone around Japan as a 17-year old without knowing any Japanese!
Discovering that wonderful country with its equally wonderful people has added much to my life experiences.
Would be just as keen to do a repeat of that in a different land.
What I Can Share with Hosts
The best part of going to new places is discovering its people. I would be up for doing anything - listening to new music, watching movies, going out and discovering a place worth seeing, cooking and having a fine meal afterwards, or just sitting for a nice chat over tea.
I promise to bring with me a whole bag of interesting stories that I'd love to share, and would be just as eager to get to listen to others' stories!
