went up, down , right left ... enjoy the sea , but i am also a mountain person.
meditation is essential for everyday stability.. like to test my limits sometimes , hope I m always lucky :))

all three words are very important. teach learn share or learn share teach or share learn teach ... when the energy is good between people these combinations can change and a beautiful flow is created ..
u never now what connections may happen with others , just b open ... everyone has a story to tell
