Hello!!

I am Tanya, an artist from Cornwall (UK). I'm planning to move to Tuscany in May/June and Lisbon in August/ September to work on painting projects.

I have travelled a lot before, Couchsurfed, worked and explored, always searching for (and finding) great inspiration for my work. I like to capture places, people and ideas into my sketchbooks and embrace all experiences.

A little more about me, I am very open-minded and approachable - I am smiling and happy almost always. I like exploring, normally without knowing where I’m going/getting lost - because it's more fun than following a map/ it feels like I’m discovering the places that I find.

I have a lot of positive energy and love for good people, especially those with any sort of spiritual interesting energy-related ideas and stories! Or the well-travelled explorers with adventures and wisdom to share.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

Because I don't like to feel like a tourist, and when I couchsurf it is a home, a culture, a new experience. An opportunity to see a place from within, not as an outsider. The friends I have made through couchsurfing have been a privilege to share time and stories with. I hope to continue finding open minded, kind hearted and curious travellers to show me the true sense of the places I visit!
