Overview
About Me
About the people who would be hosting you at our home -
Pooja - A Bangalore raised girl with a keen eye for travel, music and fame of thrones!
Leena - our new housemate who has moved in recently.
Me - A city-boy with roots in the countryside. Have so far been great at building plans but never got around to executing them. I'm an avid closet photographer so, you'd be getting some amazing profile photos if you'd like 😄 as my couch surfing profile suggests - member since 2013 but hosted only a few times!
It's about time that changed and I've taken inspiration from some of the amazing people I've met on my solo travels in the last 3 years.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm starting on a Travel Agenda for the next few years and well, what better way to take in the culture of a new place than by getting to know through the experiences of people who live and breath the culture.
I strongly believe in three things - growth, productivity and free spirit. I like to think that all human beings are good and will do you good if you're good to them.
Interests
Not to go on like a resume but - conversing, cooking, learning new skills ( have committed to learn the guitar and ukulele by January 2018! ) and taking a risk.
I have an innate fear of cockroaches, and on my recent trip to Thailand decided to get over it ( not successfully ). Started off with some fried grasshoper, boiled and fried maggots, fried scorpion and last but not least fried cockroach!
In the liquid infused state of courage it went down, but the next morning it came back out!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
On my second solo trip to Himachal Pradesh, and my first trek up to Kheerganga - tagged along with a group of village people who were hauling their supplies. Decided to tag along and live the next 3 days with them.
In a few words - helped in natural water bed delivery of a lovely baby boy. First time ever, last time maybe! haha
Teach, Learn, Share
I'd love to learn new languages. Recently picked up some Thai and hooked on it.
I've been told knowing Spanish is utterly useful - is it true?
What I Can Share with Hosts
I have always been a pain when it comes to helping out in the kitchen - I cannot take no for an answer. Love to learn new cuisines and help out with the meals.
I'm quite homely so anytime my host needs to go out for a bit, I can always house sit for you!
