Why I’m on Couchsurfing

where I come from, it's not very common for girls to ride bikes or leave their parents' homes before marriage. I never really accepted the sexism in my society, but I acknowledged it. I let it control the possibilities I had and the person I was, until one day, it hit me. Those rules can't really control me unless I give them the power to do so. So yeah, I'm on Couchsurfing because I want to explore my possibilities, see different people. and maybe let them change me a little. Change can't hurt a person who spent her whole life in one place.
