About Me

I have began the nomadic lifestyle. As I go somewhere I don’t know how long I’m staying or where I’m going next. I would love to find a community to explore and share experiences with as I travel. I have an abundance of positive energy to give as we adventure through the known and unknown. I'm more interested in building relationships and studying social interactions then flying from one thing to do to the next. Doing things are much more fulfilling when I get to share them with others. Don't get me wrong I love "doing" as well... just not my priority right now 😊

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I would love to connect with amazing people to find a little trouble to get into 😊😅😜

I'm not trying to crush everything in one go while I travel... I know there will be time to return so..... Get to know the locals and build relationships and friends. See what surprises they lead my journey in and usually they know of the spots you don't know where to research.

Finally got to go to a CS hangout for the first time 17/2/2018... A blast! Goat Island, Paniri Beach, and Rusty Pelican to eat delicious dinner... The guy who's on CS couldn't host but his friend ended up giving me a couch to crash ❤❤❤ cooked him breakfast and offered my deliciously flavorful LUSH products for a refreshing shower lol!

Used CS hangouts in Australia Feb 2018 and more success!! Hiking, cliff diving, and danced salsa with a few newbies 😍 still really good friends with one fellow CS and his wife 😸 wasn't through CS but a cool cat next to me on my flight from Oz to Kiwi-land let me CS for a few days... So much fun! Look at flights completely different now 😜😅

CS Event in Denver October2019 met some amazing people before I left on my journey to Mexico City where I stayed with a CS who in a master builder and was the best tour guide and just chill guy there in the city... we went to a CS Event and ended up spending the night with two other CS’ers where we went to the Pyramids the next morning... Left to Cozumel and stayed with a CS who took me around the island where we swam, snorkeled, he did some kite surfing, played some tennis, and introduced me to more amazing people. Left to Playa Del Carmen and the CS I hungout with was another dancer so we danced for nights in the salsa clubs and invited him to join me release the baby sea turtles

Tarapoto, Peru I stayed with a CS who liked to be called Papa Richard because his heart is a big as gold... he introduced me to other CS’ers who were shamans which I did ceremonies with and their space was supportive and liberating my largest breakthroughs to date... I also stayed with a very sweet and brilliant CS who had an amazing space in Tarapoto... I’d highly recommend anyone wanting to enjoy the Amazon jungle... swing by Tarapoto with the inclusion of Mountains is quite magical

December 2019-February 2020 traveled to Australia and Tasmania where I stayed with amazing CSers and went to several events. I absolutely adore Oz and the people I keep running into... this time I wasn’t so planned out and the most random situations started to form and I ended up in Tasmania for my birthday with a group of CSers and now when I return I’ve got a temporary job where I can learn to scuba dive for gold on the weekends lol... amazing! Once these international borders open up... I’ll definitely be back to take up that offer. I still video chat with a close group of friends in Sydney and most are Facebook friends where we can continue to catch-up... excited to return to the land down under... so many more areas to meet... still looking for Aboriginal healers to study under

October 2020... back to my home state of Indiana and looking for some cool people to chat with or possibly stay with

April 2024… so a CS friend I met in Peru Nov 2019 came to the United States for the first time to visit ❤️ I introduced him to the volunteer life at an ashram temple farm in Utah… there was llamas, organic farming, and building… went on an epic camping trip with Steve who took us to amazing spots that felt like we were the only ones alive… we’ve been checking in with each other for nearly five years… and finally we made our paths cross again 😁 he’s return to his home country of Sweden, but we’re thinking we may meet again in Nepal maybe ❤️🤞

Interests

I'm really into a lot of stuff... I'm going with an open mind and wanting to find great people to laugh with. I'm new to traveling so learning new cultures through the people who live there is ideal. I'm also keen to learn about indigenous cultures through dance, music, and cuisine. Adrenalin junkie, odd and unusual places/people to experience, taste unusual foods... A lot of laughter!

Music, Movies, and Books

As a dancer, I really appreciate all genres of music... It will be hard for me to refrain from dancing. I read primarily nonfiction self-development books. Different topics from Spiral dynamics, biographies, earthship design (handmade homes that are self sustaining), sound/vibrational healing, shamanism, and effective communication. Once in awhile I'll read books that my family are reading so there's interesting conversations to share with them. I don't normally watch tv or movies, but I've accepted offers to go and enjoy them usually from my dad (he's my best friend still ❤).
