One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

In Budapest: Cave Diving. Cool experience to be led around underground caves that were formed by water by a local who knew how to orient himself in the darkness and explore by crawling, climbing, and sliding around to fit through spaces.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love teaching yoga. It's very powerful, to be able to share that with people is lovely. It's also always nice to hear how people feel after class and it's a role I do not take lightly. It's one way that I am able to help the world be a better place.

I am always learning and I like challenging myself and taking steps to put myself out of my comfort zone. (One reason I like climbing) Right now, I'm learning more about energy and how we are all connected. My favorite way to learn is to listen to someone talk about something they are passionate about.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I will clean up after myself and be a courteous guest in appreciation of you opening your home to me.
If you are interested in yoga, I could lead a practice for you.
