About Me

I'm nice, funny, and generous. Very impulsive and a little crazy. And for the most part, always happy. Born in FL; raised in MI; school in CA; work in CA, IL, CO, and NY. I'm pretty chill and get along with just about everyone. I believe that a heavier/healthier focus on equal, relevant, and affordable education would naturally solve many other problems in the world. And I love love love my brother and sister =)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My dad is a pilot for Delta, and my company (Partender) does business all over the world, so I travel a lot. After paying off the monthly student loan mafia, I prefer to spend money on music festivals, wine, and general fun times across the country. I would rather crash on a couch and meet someone new than spend double on a hotel that I don't believe that I really need.

Interests

I love singing and dancing. I love football and action/adventure movies. I drink a lot of coffee and wine. My favorite food is mac n' cheese (sorry foodies; the Midwest in me won). I wish I had the time and money to go back to college and study all of the following: history, Spanish, Latin, musical theater, and computer programming.

Music, Movies, and Books

MOVIES: Musicals, action/adventure movies (BOURNE), Monty Python and the Holy Grail, That Thing You Do

MUSIC: Musical theater, alternative/rock, country, jazz/big band, deep house.

BOOKS: Alex Hawke series by Ted Bell, Harry Potter, a few history books here and there, and of course Twilight saga for my guilty pleasure.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

More like the amazing thing I always do: hop on a plane last minute - just because I can. It would be a shame not to take advantage of this great privilege!
