About Me
Hi! My name is Tara Lynn, although at times I wish my last name was Dise, or Cotta, or Misu. However, I’ll look at the silver lining here and be thankful it’s not Bull.
I have a passion for broadening my horizons. Culturally, gastronomically, spiritually, it all does the trick. Travel definitely satiates this desire.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Well, we all know there's nothing better than knowing a local while traveling! Also, I think couch surfing is an amazing opportunity to create meaningful relationships with people all over the world! It is an experience like no other to be welcomed into a foreign country by a total stranger. So far, I've had an outstanding time being a "surfer" and I hope one day, when I'm settled again in one place, I can be as great of a host as mine have been to me. It's a beautiful thing!!! :)
Interests
I enjoy reading, yoga, and of course, traveling! I also love anything to do with the water - going to the beach, swimming, diving, surfing, going on the boat, etc. I'm a Florida girl :)

George Gray
I have studied many times
The marble which was chiseled for me—
A boat with a furled sail at rest in a harbor.
In truth it pictures not my destination
But my life.
For love was offered me and I shrank from its disillusionment;
Sorrow knocked at my door, but I was afraid;
Ambition called to me, but I dreaded the chances.
Yet all the while I hungered for meaning in my life.
And now I know that we must lift the sail
And catch the winds of destiny
Wherever they drive the boat.
To put meaning in one’s life may end in madness,
But life without meaning is the torture
Of restlessness and vague desire—
It is a boat longing for the sea and yet afraid.
