About Me

CURRENT MISSION

looking for midwives & interesting happy souls around the world to network how to birth, live work and play

ABOUT ME

I have been traveling forever; since steam trains ran through India and before the war in Srinigar. I studyied Acupuncture in Sri Lanka and Korea, worked with CNCF in Vietnam, with Pateras in Mexico. I usually do my own independent thing, then to get funds, I work in UK NZ health-care.

I swim, windsurf and love meeting people, sharing ideas and learning from each new experience.

Life is better shared with interesting others on the journey. I love discovering new places and discovering the magic in nature, creating fun and mutual understanding.

I aim to build an eco house which everyone will be welcome to by next year. We are offering hosting in South Island NZ at the moment.

PHILOSOPHY

celebrate what we have
peace and happiness to all
stay an a extra day & get off before you arrive - (this was good in India and everywhere, to really see and feel more than the surface stuff).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Being present at every birth.

Spent time with amazing people, the not famous but good hearted, often traveler's, sometimes hosts, particularly the woman who started a children's orphanage in Ho Chi Minh (Saigon) Christina Noble (see her book a Bridge across my sorrows) (CNCF.org.au)

Many things in life are amazing, but no more or less than anyone else as the most amazing thing is how we reach out to connect with each other and ourselves.

Teach, Learn, Share

Background with healing therapies including acupressure (Shiatsu) moving into more gentle subtle healing and am studying more e.g. Osteopathy, craniosacral therapy, Contact CARE...

Happy to share what I know on guitar/keyboard - always giving kids music lessons to adults (teaching the blues in a 30 mins)

Happy cooking (veg) and always help with whatever needs doing.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Easy teaching acoustic blues and other guitar bits in open tunings
vege cooking Asian / European fusion
Chilled out philosophical conversation
Health ideas e.g. Acupressure
happy to give mini treatments
